The J.N. Tata Educational Loan Scholarship offers partial financial support to Indian students pursuing postgraduate studies abroad.It is a loan-based scholarship awarded on the basis of academic merit, personal achievements, and future potential. Selected candidates may also receive a travel grant or a gift award in addition to the loan.

Eligibility:

Indian citizen, under 45 years of age.

Must have completed a degree from a recognized Indian university.

Applying for postgraduate, doctoral, or postdoctoral studies abroad (full-time).

Good academic record (preferably first class).

Admission offer not mandatory at the time of application.
Application Process:

Apply Online: Visit off website- jntataendowment.org Submit your application with necessary documents (photo, ID, transcripts, SoP).

Aptitude Test: Take an online test on Mar 30, 2025 (for shortlisted candidates).

Interview: Attend an interview from April to June 2025 with academic and financial documents.

Final Selection:

Results announced by mid-July 2025.

If selected, complete formalities including signing the loan agreement with a guarantor.
