CISCE Adds New Future-Ready Subjects for 2025

For the forthcoming academic year 2025, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has added six new disciplines, demonstrating its dedication to a curriculum that is prepared for the future and gives students the skills they need to succeed in the twenty-first century.

For classes XI and XII, five new topics have been added: robotics, artificial intelligence, applied mathematics, modern English, and Bhutia language. Classes IX and X are also provided Bhutia Language, the sixth subject.

Previously given as a combined topic in Classes IX and X (ICSE level), robotics and artificial intelligence will now be offered individually for Classes XI and XII (ISC level). Together with computer science, both of these disciplines can be chosen, allowing for a thorough understanding of the subject's fundamentals and guaranteeing upward mobility for ambitious students.
