WBJEE 2025 Eligibility: Age, Qualification & Criteria

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2025 is a crucial state-level entrance test for students seeking admission to undergraduate engineering, pharmacy, and architecture courses offered by colleges and universities in West Bengal. However, for admission into Marine Engineering, the age criteria are more stringent—the candidate must be at least 17 years and not more than 25 years old as of December 31, 2025. Apart from these, candidates must be Indian citizens, and some institutions may have additional domicile requirements specific to West Bengal for seat reservation purposes. Domicile is particularly important for availing benefits under reserved categories or for admission to government and state-funded institutions.
