Eligibility:

  • Citizen of an ADB developing member country

  • Admitted to an approved master’s program

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record

  • Under 35 years old (some exceptions)

  • In good health and committed to returning home after studies

  • Not an ADB employee or close relative

Application Process:

  1. Choose a Program: Select an ADB-approved master’s program at a partner institution.

  2. Get Forms: Request scholarship and admission forms from the chosen institution.

  3. Prepare Documents: Complete forms and submit required documents (transcripts, income proof, study plan, etc.).

  4. Apply: Submit your application to the institution by their deadline.
