At Kerala's Kariavattom Government College in Thiruvananthapuram, a ragging episode involving the harassment of a junior student has been discovered.
A group of seven third-year students attacked a first-year biotechnology student. According to the victim, Bins Jose, the senior students beat him after dragging him into a room in a Students' Federation of India (SFI) unit on February 11.
On Monday, the incident was made public. According to sources, Bins was instructed to kneel in front of the senior students.
